Comewell’s is more than a café.
It is an Italian-Caribbean kitchen rooted in heritage, art, and the belief that food is a form of blessing.
I was raised in Milan by a Jamaican mother and a Ghanaian father.
Our home was shaped by two things: culture and care.
Food was never rushed. It was prepared with intention, shared with gratitude, and offered as a way of honouring others.
That foundation became Comewell’s.
Italian cuisine taught me respect for simplicity and ingredients.
Caribbean cooking taught me warmth, generosity, and boldness.
Together, they shape a kitchen where tradition meets creativity and every dish carries story.
Before entering hospitality, I spent nine years working in art and fashion.
Design, structure, and atmosphere matter deeply to me.
Everything is curated - from the menu to the space - to feel calm, considered, and grounding.
In a world that moves fast and often feels disconnected, this space exists to slow things down. To gather.
To nourish.
To remind us that sitting at a table together still matters.
The name “Comewell” carries meaning.
My father once told me that in Ghanaian understanding it reflects the idea of arriving in the world to give blessings to others.
That is the intention here.
You come in.
You escape the noise.
You are nourished.
You leave well.
Welcome to Comewell’s.

"Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres".
1 Corinthians 13:4-7 (NIV)
